Seller portal team at Tiki owns and operates the web and app based portal that our sellers use to conduct their business of selling on TIki. Core use cases our portal supports can be broken down into sign-up, adding listing, activating listing, shipping orders, managing customer communication and managing accounting and getting paid. Our mission is to build out a self-service, easy to use workflows and user experience that powers all of these use cases. Our goal is to gradually build out a pluggable, scalable architecture that over time will not only scale for large no of sellers but also start supporting suppliers via same product. Our team is the best place to get first hand view into seller ecosystem of Vietnam.

Responsibilities

• Think strategically and creatively to gather insights and help refine the product vision and metrics based on product data and user research.

• Define, scope, ship, and measure features, and use rapid cycles to iterate and learn. Identify user needs and market dynamics, and use these to inform the strategic direction.

• Create simple, intuitive yet efficient user experiences  (primarily mobile) that make customers smile by guiding designers

• Develop and prioritise a feature roadmap, working with engineering and business, execute the roadmap.

• Communicate with cross-functional teams (legal, sales, marketing) and work with go-to-market stakeholders to launch features.
