ROLES:
As a PR Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and leveraging strategic relationships with media partners and influencer networks to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement. In addition to executing day-to-day activities, you will support the Brand Marketing Team in strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance evaluation. This role requires in-depth knowledge of fashion trends, a strong network of media and influencer contacts, and the ability to lead initiatives, negotiate high-value collaborations, and ensure that all efforts align with our brands’ prestigious image.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategy & Planning
· Contributes to the development of PR and KOL strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
· Conduct market and trend research to support strategic planning and optimize campaign impact.
· Propose new partnership opportunities and suggest improvements to enhance ongoing initiatives.
· Support overall communication plans to ensure brand consistency and effective message delivery across all PR and KOL activities.
2. Media Relations
· Identify and engage with key media outlets to maximize brand exposure and ensure PR efforts align with marketing strategies.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion editors, journalists, and media representatives.
· Manage and negotiate media bookings, placements, sponsorships, interviews, and inquiries.
· Collaborate with the PR Content team to develop high-quality press releases, media kits, and promotional materials for product launches, events, and brand news.
· Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on campaign performance and outreach effectiveness.
3. Influencer Relations
· Research and identify key influencers across relevant sectors who align with the brand’s luxury positioning and target audience.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers to drive collaborations and branded content initiatives.
· Negotiate contracts and ensure effective, mutually beneficial partnerships.
· Oversee influencer campaigns including content planning, execution, and logistics.
· Track campaign metrics, engagement, and ROI to assess effectiveness and optimize future collaborations.
Others: Perform other related tasks or assignments as required by the Line Manager in line with business needs.
