• Takes own-initiative and work with sales to understand the existing and potential clients profiles and requirements.
• To obtain and confirm orders, accept and sign sales contract with sales. 3 To initiate PPTS before bulk
• Plan factory capacity and develop factory macro production loading strategy based on a full understanding of the factory set-up and its capability, work with EEL/PPC on factory loading.
• Reviews and approves production schedule and shipment schedule.
• Raw material inventory management including order follow-up with the appointed/own-sourced suppliers.
• Approves new sub-material suppliers, signs purchase contract with suppliers, approves payment to sub-mat suppliers.
• Monitors production preparation and follows-up work with planning, account holder and sub-material purchasing 9 Works together with factory manager and production manager to track production status and garment delivery.
• To ensure the effective and continuous communication with various parties in the Group. He/she should be the link between the factory and the outside world.
• Monitors customer claims and reports to management.
• Approve shipping documents, air-shipment (import material and export garment).
• Monitors and approves export quota maintenance and utilization.
• Assists Assistant General Manger to apply and implement TCT methodology. Tracks monthly data of OTD, CU, supplier performance, FRCT. Prepares issues and action plans and reports to CFT.
• Plans and controls PPC manpower budgeting, recruits and trains PPC staff, manages PPC administration.
• Develops PPC (planning, account holder, sub-material purchasing, I/E) working instructions and procedures, manages and monitors the application.

Qualification & Experience Required

• University degree with quantitative background, such as Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Industrial Management. MBA preferred (if any).
• Minimum 3 years hands on experience in production planning and control of which 1 year at managerial level.
• Strong lT. skills and strong problem solving capabilities.
• Outspoken and proactive.
• Market oriented.
• Core Competencies critical to this position.
• Language skills (Fluent in English & Optional Mandarin)
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees or organization.

Communication / Listening Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively at all level internally within organization and externally within all factories.

Problem Solving Skills

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written , oral or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardization situations.
