Job Description:

1、Xây dựng và tối ưu hóa quy trình quản lý PC/MC, tiêu chuẩn làm việc và quy định; giám sát việc thực hiện.
Establish and optimize PC/MC management processes, work standards, and regulations, and supervise their implementation.

2、Tính toán và phân tích năng lực sản xuất của các xưởng, tổ chức đánh giá đơn hàng, xác định thời gian giao hàng; rà soát kế hoạch sản xuất theo năng lực từng giai đoạn của xưởng.
Calculate and analyze workshop capacities, organize order reviews, determine delivery dates, and review production plans based on different capacity timelines of each workshop.

3、Tổ chức xác định tồn kho an toàn cho từng loại nguyên vật liệu, rà soát kế hoạch vật tư dựa trên kế hoạch sản xuất và chu kỳ mua hàng.
Organize safety stock determination for material categories, and review material plans based on production schedules and procurement lead times.

4、Phân tích mức độ hoàn thành kế hoạch sản xuất, điều chỉnh kế hoạch sản xuất và thời gian nhận vật tư.
Analyze production plan achievement rates, and adjust production and material plan delivery schedules accordingly.

5、Tổng hợp các hạng mục phối hợp giữa các phòng ban, tổ chức họp thảo luận về sự cố sản xuất và theo dõi kết quả xử lý.
Summarize interdepartmental coordination matters, organize production anomaly review meetings, and follow up on resolution results.

6、Kiểm tra và điều chỉnh ngân sách, các biện pháp quản lý của bộ phận; chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng và quản lý đội nhóm, thực hiện quản lý hiệu suất và đào tạo nhân viên.

Yêu cầu trình độ học vấn tối thiểu: Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành kỹ thuật hoặc quản lý.
Minimum Academic Requirement: College degree or above in engineering or management.

Yêu cầu độ tuổi: Dưới 35 tuổi
Age Requirement:

Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm: Trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Quản lý PMC, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành nội thất gỗ tự nhiên.
Experience Requirement: Over 5 years of relevant experience as a PMC Manager; solid wood furniture experience is preferred.

Yêu cầu kiến thức, kỹ năng: Trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm PMC trong doanh nghiệp sản xuất nội thất gỗ tự nhiên/ gỗ công nghiệp; từng chủ trì triển khai kế hoạch sản xuất 3 cấp; thành thạo ERP và các hàm Excel.
Knowledge & Skills Requirement: Over 5 years of PMC-related experience in solid wood or panel wood furniture enterprises, with experience leading the implementation of a 'three-level' production planning system in furniture factories; proficient in ERP software and function applications.

  Strong coordination and communication skills; able to handle unexpected anomalies promptly and effectively.
