Get to know the Role

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team leads across Operations to assist in the planning and execution of projects around maintaining quality users, identifying bottlenecks and proposing well thought out solutions in our processes, and continuously optimising processes to enhance accuracy and timeliness

Day-to-Day Activities

• Make sense of data on user behaviour and providing sound insights on issues and potential improvements on user quality (driver/deliver-partners, passengers, merchants)

• Operationalise strategic processes/changes and finding ways to automate manual operations

• Act as a Business Owner to new products that are being launched and to provide valuable insights on how a product should be rolled out (eg. when/how/who to rollout the product to)

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Grab (Strategy Team, Customer Experience, Grab Driver Centre Team, Public Relations Team, etc)

• Support any adhoc tasks assigned by the team

• Go on-ground to further understand pain points of our users

The Must Haves

• Candidate must possess at least a quantitative Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields- Degree in Business / Engineering / Finance / Management / Economics or equivalent)

• Up to two (2) years of professionals working experience in solid quantitative and analytics roles (e.g.  strategy, consulting, business intelligence or investment banking).

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is a MUST

• SQL/Python/R programming is a huge plus

• Contribute effectively outside of your job scope

• Strong attention to detail

• “Go-getter” Attitude and always willing to help other members of the team wherever needed

• Demonstrate strong interest and understanding of Grab’s business
