Experience:
Manage and respond to customer service requests (inquiries, complaints, user guidance).
Review and moderate property listings, images, and verify seller/broker information.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, provide feedback to IT team.
Reconcile transaction data (point purchase, listing extension, advertising fees) and coordinate with Accounting.
Prepare operation KPI reports, analyze user data, and propose improvements.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient daily operation of the real estate listing platform.
Manage processes related to customer service, content moderation, transaction reconciliation, and product testing.
Collect user feedback and provide insights to improve platform features and customer experience.
Challenges:
Quickly adapt to internal systems, operation processes, and tools.
Maintain accuracy in content moderation and transaction reconciliation during the platform’s initial launch stage.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently within limited response time.
Communicate effectively with real estate agents/partners, assist them in uploading property listings, and provide support to improve their listing performance.
Standardize and optimize operation processes, and establish SOPs.
Support business scalability as transaction volume and user base increase.
Find insights from operational and user data to support real estate business strategy.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital platform operations, e-commerce, or real estate.
· Understanding of digital platform operation processes (property listing, e-commerce, fintech).
· Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
· Basic knowledge of transaction auditing/reconciliation.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Strong cross-functional collaboration ability.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and continuous improvement mindset.
· Good command of English (both written and spoken) to work with internal teams and external partners.
