Job requirement

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

    • Lead the development and implementation of annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic plans for the digital marketing team.

  • Rolling Forecast Management

    • Oversee the monthly rolling forecast process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

  • Performance Monitoring & Steering

    • Develop and manage performance tracking frameworks to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Business Analytics & Insights

    • Conduct in-depth data analysis to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Partner with marketing, finance, product, and leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment and optimize resource allocation.

  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation

    • Support budgeting processes to ensure marketing investments align with business priorities and performance targets.

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence

    • Analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging market opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Process Optimization

    • Continuously refine planning and forecasting methodologies to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Job requirement

Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, e-commerce performance metrics, and financial planning.

Skills

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, or BI platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, strategic planning, or business intelligence.

  • Proven track record in strategy, planning, or analytics roles within digital marketing, e-commerce, or related industries.

  • Demonstrated expertise in forecasting, performance monitoring, and strategic planning processes.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and leadership teams.
