Planning & Analytic Manager will have role in 3 major area of Grab Rental Business,
- Corporate Meeting & OKR Establishment
- Data, Performance, and Business Analytic
- Data Operational Support and Automation
The day-to-day activities:
- Develop data automation to support business operational in order to replace manual process of report
- Establish company strategy roadmap and OKR
- Providing business analytic and insight from data that can be used for company and business needs
- Data support for operational team
The must haves:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing data operational and build data analytic
- Excellent in Ms Office, Excel is a must
- Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
- Willing to do operational job
- Capabilities in programming (Python is preferable)
