Role: Assist Planning Manager with the development of AOP, Forecasts and periodic business assessments and by providing value-added business diagnostic skills to the contingency planning process. Report to: Planning Manager 1. Basis input from BU teams develop Strategic Plan, AOP Forecasts • Develop and timely submit P&L and Balance Sheet targets, initiatives and action plans and priorities • Develop trend analysis and benchmarking to ensure accuracy and reliability of BU targets and identify • improvement opportunities • Support quantification of BU action plans • Model alternative scenarios 2. Provide ongoing planning and support to major business processes • Facilitate the accurate evaluation and analysis of current business results, opportunities and risks + Identify and understand trends + Analyze causal factors + Support development of contingency planning • Prepare and submit quarterly updates/ outlooks • Frequently update changes from related costs under responsibility forecasting to the model • Develop operating review of prior (planning cycle) results • Analyze competitive results (quarterly basis and as part of Strat Plan/AOP process) • Provide BU cross-functional analytical support and give the alert to Planning Manager/ Directors as well as related functions 3. Other tasks as assigned
• University graduated with major in finance. ACCA or Master degree preferred. • Knowledge about accounting system, supply chain system of FMCG • At least 2-3 years working in an international FMCG company (in Finance department, good analytical • review skills, good computer spreadsheet skills will be preferred) • Cost Controller in the FMCG/ Investment Analyst will be preferred • Good communicator and team player • Fluency in English • Strong Excel / modeling skills and MS Power Point • Strong people management skill/ conflict management • Truthful and integrity given the access to sensitive information
