职位目的Purpose of the Job:

根据需求预测, 可供应的材料、生产能力和其它因素制定良好的生产计划;通过MRP系统,为生产顺利进行制定良好的材料、消耗品和其它物品的库存水平。通过对供应商的良好管理,有效地采购材料、消耗品和其他物品。有效地处理相关客户订单或预测, 确保销售订单按时交付。

Good planning on production schedule with availability of material, capacity, demand forecast and other factors; Good planning on stock level of material ,consumables or other items for smooth production by MRP; Effective procurement for material, consumables and other items with good management of vendors. Effective process with customer order or forecast to ensure on-time delivery of sales order.

职责与权限 Responsibility:

岗位职责 Regular Responsibilities:

1. 负责材料计划,采购和库存控制,以确保指定产品维持最优库存水平的同时能准时供货,包括:

Material planning, purchasing and inventory control to ensure on time supply while maintaining optimum stock level for

assigned products; includes:

I. 把计划数据录入ERP系统,根据资格设置或计算相关数据;每日检查和处理ERP信息。

Input planning data in ERP and set/calculate related data by qualification; review and handle with ERP message daily.

II. 向供应商下达采购订单,追踪采购订单状况,并跟进和督促物料供应,以确保及时供料生产。

Issue purchase order to suppliers and track PO status, follow up and expedite supplies to ensure timely supply.

III. 确保供应商及时执行包装和装运要求。

Ensure shipping and packaging requirements are carried out timely by suppliers.

IV. 确保发票/包装/运输单据的收集、核对,并提交有关各方。

Ensure invoice/packing/shipping documents are collected, checked and submitted to related parties.

V. 基于部门目标,合理控制库存水平。

Based on departmental target, control inventory at reasonable level.

2. 按照部门操作规定,制定生产计划,并跟踪生产计划进度以符合客户对指定产品的要求,包括:

With departmental operation rules, schedule production plan and follow up production schedule to meet customer requirement for assigned products, includes:

a. 根据销售订单或预测的需求和可得库存及产能,制作生产计划。

Make production schedule based on demand of sales order and forecast, available inventory and capacity.

b. 检查材料的可供或短缺状况以支持生产计划执行。

Review material availability or shortages to support production schedule.

c. 在任何紧急情况下,调整生产计划。

Adjust production plan under any emergency situation.

d. 下达生产订单,追踪订单执行状况以符合交货时间或销售订单要求。

Issue WO and track its fulfillment status to meet requirement on delivery schedule or sales order.

3. 客户订单处理,包括:

Customer order processing, includes:

I. 根据报价和物料可得性,制作供销合同和系统销售订单。

Make contract and system sales order based on quotation and material availability.

II. 管理供销合同的确认和关闭。跟踪供销合同项下货款的支付情况。

Manage confirmation and closing of contract. Follow up contract payment timely for payment in advance orders.

III. 跟踪销售订单的交货情况,如有变化及时和客户及销售人员沟通。

Follow up deliver status for sales order. If any changes on delivery, timely communication with customer and sales person is necessary.

IV. 根据销售需求,库存和采购成本,有选择地向供应商下达采购订单,确保销售订单按时交货。

Based on sales demand, inventory and purchasing cost, release PO to selected supplier to ensure on-time delivery of sales order.

V. 分析历史销售数据,并会同销售更新库存计划。

Analyze historical sales data with sales function to update inventory plan.

4. 负责指定客户的销售报价,及时沟通需求信息,并更新需求预测以便协调计划工作。

Make quotation to assigned customers, and communicate demand information with them. and update demand forecast and purchasing records.

5. 负责新客户系统代码的申请和收货信息维护,以及经批准的物料计划参数设置申请。监控生产相关PDM对计划产生的影响。

Apply for new customs address number in system and maintain delivery information. Apply for planning parameter in system under authorization. Monitor PDM issues related to Production for effectiveness in MRP system.

6. 监督按时交货,交货时间等供应商绩效。

Monitor supplier performance with regards to on time supply, lead time etc.

7. 作为中国项目转移计划小组成员,支持项目转移顺利进行。

Be team member of China Project Transition Program to support project transit smoothly.

8. 与生产、质量和采购部门协调物料供应事宜,确保生产顺利进行。

Coordinate with Production, Quality and Sourcing team for supply issues and smooth production.

质量职责 Quality Responsibilities:

1. 发现任何产品质量问题,应立刻向上级汇报,并配合解决。

Once found product quality issue, should immediately report to the Management, and help to solve the problem.

2. 为实现、保持和改进产品质量做出自己的贡献。

Contribute to implement, maintain and improve the quality of the products.

3. 关注客户的需求,明白偏离客户要求的产品会给客户带来潜在的风险。

Focus on the requirements of customers; understand that if we can’t meet the needs of customers, there’ll be potential risk to them.

持续改进职责 Continuous Improvement Responsibilities:

1. 有责任和义务参加RIE 等持续改进活动。

Have the responsibilities and obligations to participate in continuous improvement activities, such as RIE.

2. 应关注安全,积极参与Near miss的寻找和改善。

Pay attention to safety, actively participate in the near miss finding and improvement.

3. 有权利提出纠正与预防措施的要求,也有义务完成他人提出的措施要求。

Have the right to request for corrective and preventive action, and also have the obligation to complete the assigned

prevention requirements.

任职资格Qualification:

1. 工程或物流等相关专业本科。

Bachelor degree in engineering, logistics or related.

2. 具有良好的英语说、写能力。

Good at spoken and written English.

3. 4年以上在物料或生产计划或采购或库存控制等方面的工作经验。

At least 4 years’ experience in material/production planning, purchasing and inventory control.

4. 工作积极主动、负责;具有团队精神;能够在压力下工作。

Initiative, accountable, be able to work under stress with team spirits.

5. 具有良好的分析和数据处理能力。

Good analysis and data processing skills.

6. 熟练掌握办公软件和ERP系统操作能力,熟悉JDE/Oracle者优先考虑。

Good command of MS office and ERP applications, JDE/Oracle preferred.
