A. Open Days & School Tours
- Plan, organise, and execute all physical arrangements for Open Days.
- Prepare and maintain promotional visuals: banners, posters, brochures, QR stations.
- Welcome families, capture data, and ensure smooth visitor flow.
- Support Academic Leaders during consultation sessions.
- Collect parent feedback and coordinate with Admissions for follow-up.
B. Major School Events (Recruitment & Branding)
Support marketing preparation for key events:
- Sports Day
- Tet Festival
- Winter Concert
- Swimming Carnival
- PYP/MYP Exhibitions
- Graduation Ceremony
- Parent Workshops & IB Information Sessions
Tasks include setting up:
- Marketing corners
- Photo booths
- Experience stations
- Enquiry desks
2. Apartment & Community Campaigns
A. Apartment Complex Marketing
- Identify high-potential residential areas.
- Liaise with building management and real estate agents.
- Execute apartment campaigns:
- Elevator posters
- Lobby stands
- Flyer distribution
- Booth marketing
- QR code activities for lead generation
B. Supermarket & Retail Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with:

- Kids Plaza
- FAHASA & Phương Nam bookstores
- Clinics, convenience stores, after-school centres
- Banks, trading companies (logistics), airport-related business
Activities include:
- Placement of brochures and standees
- Weekend booths

3. Street-Level Marketing
- Outdoor branding (city banners, light poles, posters at cafés and clinics).
- Community flyer distribution at schools, parks, gyms, and residential areas.
- Public transport advertising: bus stops, bus interiors, Grab decals.
- Bicycle marketing
- Taxi marketing
4. Partner School & Institutional Outreach
- Coordinate visits to public schools for Grade 5 → Grade 6 transitions.
- Build pipelines with kindergartens for K–G1 recruitment.
- Deliver Tesla presentations to families and educators.
- Support outreach workshops (STEAM, English, parenting talks).
5. Booth & Education Fair Marketing
- Represent Tesla at district-wide and mall-based fairs.
- Coordinate booth design and logistics.
- Manage lead capture and report conversion data.
6. Collateral Distribution & Inventory Management
- Ensure correct distribution of brochures, posters, and banners.
- Track usage and inventory of all printed materials.
7. Lead Generation & Data Management
- Capture leads through QR codes, sign-up sheets, and booth activities.
- Upload leads into the CRM daily.
- Provide weekly lead & conversion reports.
- Collaborate with Admissions for timely follow-up.
8. Community Relationship Building
- Maintain positive relationships with building managers, guards, supervisors, and kindergarten leaders.
- Negotiate access and placements for community marketing.
9. Promotional Giveaway Management
- Manage inventory of gifts: raincoats, T-shirts, keychains, stickers, popcorn, etc.
- Prepare gift sets for booths and school outreach.
10. Internal Coordination
Work collaboratively with:
- Marketing Team for brand guidelines, visuals, messaging.
- Admissions Team for lead management and conversion.
- Operations Team for logistics and setup.
- Academic Leaders for school events and workshops.
Attend weekly marketing meetings and contribute proactively.
