1. Position Summary
Responsible for Phone Verification Department’s activities to check the quality of consumer credit to ensure they meet the requirement of MAFC’s rules and regulations as well as assist other Risk Departments to maintain credit risk within relevant range in accordance with MAFC’s objectives.
2. Essential Job Functions
- Lead a team of about 60-70 Phone Verifiers and the Team leaders.
- Manage team productivity to eliminate pending and enhance efficency.
- Ensure compliance with the credit policies and UND manual.
- Responsible for on time hiring, training as well as coaching the team members.
- Enhance and optimize phone verification process to decrease processing time and increase productivity while ensuring credit quality.
- Manage the quality of phone verification by monitoring recordings and holding sharing sessions for best practice/role model.
- Enhance the scripts as required from time to time by Manager/ Dept. Head.
- Other duties as assigned by Dept. Head/ Dept. Manager.
