Pharma Quality Assurance Assistant

1. Objective of the Job

· QAA will be a key contact for the QA to be able to work as a team.

· QAA will support the QA with all aspect of editing, archiving, storing documents and communicating and reporting situation.

2. Tasks and Responsibilities

· QAA will support QA in editing new GDP SOP and DOC if needed

· QAA will support QA in keeping database up to date

· QAA will support QA in storing and archiving documentation

· QAA will support QA in gathering report and information from the rest of the pharma team

3. Job Description:

· Support QA in documentation

· GDP compliant and trained

· Help QA combined data and information from the other colleagues involved in logistic pharma

· Help keep GDP updated and archive documents

· Shipment coordination

· Pre-conditioning.

·         QAA shall be friendly and team player

·         QAA can handle stress and work fast

·         QAA shall be GDP compliant trained

·         QAA shall have basic/medium understanding of logistics

·         QAA is computer literate

·         QAA must be meticulous and organized

·         QAA shall be fast learner

·         Communication skills

·         Interact with Clients

OTHER

·         Nationality: Vietnamese only

·         Computer skills: Outlook, Microsoft word, excel, power point, internet, photo shop, PDF files.

·         Language: Fluent in English

·         Education: University Graduated

·         Working Experience: experience in Pharmaceutical field

·         Remarks: salary offer based on experience
