Key Responsibilities
Schedule Management & Work Coordination
· Manage the CEO’s schedule, arrange meetings, prioritize appointments, and ensure the CEO is well-informed ahead of engagements.
· Act as a filter for calls, emails, and correspondence addressed to the CEO. Reply or forward messages as required.
Administrative & Secretarial Support
· Draft, manage, and organize documents, official letters, reports, meeting minutes, and emails as requested.
· Take meeting notes, summarize key points, and follow up on action items.
Event & Business Trip Organization
· Plan and coordinate internal and external events or CEO’s business/personal trips, including transportation and accommodation.
· Handle bookings for flights, hotels, and logistics as instructed.
Communication Liaison (Internal & External)
· Represent the Chairman in communication with partners, clients, and internal senior leaders.
· Serve as an effective communication bridge between the Chairman and departments or executive teams.
Information Synthesis & Research
· Support data collection, analysis, and quick report preparation from departments.
· Monitor progress on key projects and tasks assigned to or overseen by the CEO.
Other duties
· Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00

Position Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Law, or related fields.
Skills:
· Proficient in English communication (both speaking and writing), capable of bilingual working.
· Excellent in office tools and digital scheduling/document management (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365).
· Outstanding skills in organization, synthesis, critical thinking, and problem solving.
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an assistant to senior management or executives.
Attitude:
· Professional demeanor, discreet, loyal, and trustworthy.
· Willing to work overtime and travel when necessary.
