The main responsibility of this position is to give thoughtful and excellent assistance to General
Director who is responsible for management all ALMA business.
Tasks includes:
- Carry out specific research and projects under assignment of General Director
- Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with
management;
- Arranging appointments, travel, visas, accommodation, ect for the Manager
- May have to travel with the Manager for assistance during business trip
- Taking Notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during
presentations
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Dealing with some issues and daily operation on behalf of the manager;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations under assignment of
General Director
- Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for
meetings;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ experience of similar position

- Excellent MS Office skill
- Fluent English communication (both speaking and writing)
