Job requirement

As Perfect Store/Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible to Drive shopper, consumer insights & the marketing / sales agenda, leading the picture of success in Retailers / customers & is accountable for the category translation into the perfect store agenda at cross category level

- Owns process, governance & communication for the Picture of success across Retail environments & categories.

- Defines the required in-store POS & shopper marketing initiatives to drive the In store agenda.

Job Purpose:

  • Define the brand / category & cross category in store agenda with shopper insights & category.
  • Define the prioritization of the category BIG & innovation.
  • Define our in-store success agenda & go to market selling materials (selling stories, POS etc).
  • Define Execution standards for relevant Retailers.
  • Define category-led selling stories for Retailers which enable category growth and the achievement of our executional objectives.
  • Development of Planograms through cross-functional collaboration to reflect category strategies.

Job requirement

·   Responsibility:      

  • Develop and lead a scalable assortment vision based on consumer insights and the current and potential capacity of the marketplaces.
  • Manage the merchandising strategy and ensure its successful development in the different distribution points by aligning it with the vision assortment and the objectives defined for the period/category.
  • Plan merchandising and retailing schedules, including new launches, sales periods, sample sales, deliveries and inventories, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Drive high visual merchandising standards and ensure the creation and implementation in the points of sale (POS) of the supports necessary to fulfil them while maintaining a customer centric approach.
  • Verify with geographic/category team leaders that strategies are properly deployed and that best practices are constantly shared and maintained within the store network.
  • Assess the improvement in retail performances using monitoring tools (reporting/dashboards) and the analysis of the data presented.
  • Identify, maintain and manage key relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure  seamless collaboration on all key decisions to be made.

Knowledge/Education/Skills:

Minimum degree and experience required:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, and/or equivalent training.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in FMCG, Field Sales experience, previous experience in perfect store execution/project is a plus.

Technical skills needed:

  • Knowledge of perfect store concept.
  • Understanding of sales transformation, category excellence, smart revenue growth management, market dynamics proficiency and sales transformation.

Personal skills needed:

  • Willing and interesting to build and grow in small structured international organization.
  • Energetic, organized, dynamic, self-driven, result and solution oriented.
  • Thinking, initiative, and priority setting.
  • Collaboration, transparent and dare to innovate.
