The People Strategy Communications Manager is an exciting role in our People Strategy Team. Your mandate is to drive visibility and create excitement around everything we do in People Operations - or short Pops - (yeah, that’s how we name our HR team at Grab!) and align communication initiatives to our business priorities and internal projects.
You will act as a Champion within the People Operations team to communicate our people imperatives and the value we bring to Grab. You will also focus on supporting strategic and regional projects for Pops in developing and executing the communications strategy.

Design the HR communications strategy, methodology, process and templates that are relevant for complex cross functional projects
Plan and manage communication initiatives in an integrated, positive and impactful way
Develop communication content, coordinate submissions and publications on traditional and digital channels that are palatable to the audience personas
Partner proactively with relevant stakeholders (including senior leaders) in driving communication activities and obtain buy-in
Coaching and mentoring team members and other stakeholders on best practices and knowledge on communications
The Must-Haves:
The role of the People Strategy Communications Manager is pivotal to the success of People Operations and Grab as a whole. We are looking for someone with a pleasant personality, with empathy, heart and a passion for people. This is what you will bring along:
At least 8 years professional experience in Corporate Communications, or Employee Communications and/or Employee Engagement.
You must be passionate about engaging, delighting and surprising our Grabbers - everything this team does, is for our people. Period.
Experience in project- and change management, change communication, supporting project teams in winning the hearts and minds of our people by creation of awareness, achieving buy-in and commitment through multiple channels.
Strong capabilities in multi-format, multimedia content development including video production, infographics, animation creation etc. Ability to manage technology, software and vendors in each of the respective areas.
Strong experience in social media, social listening, analysis and campaigns
Excellent communication skills (English written and spoken a must)
Ability to provide market insights and point of views
Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly.
Efficient time manager in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
High degree of resiliency
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Experience in Human Resources and/or Employee Experience Design is a plus
