Partner closely with recruiter's to handle all pre-onboarding activities such as review offer details for compliance, create offer letters and obtain signature, issue signed offer letter to candidates after verbal offer is accepted
Initiate immigration request for foreign nationals
Complete post offers checks
Assist to progress selected candidates through end-to-end hiring process
Initiate criminal/ background check, where required
Schedule and coordinate first day new hire orientation
Initiate provisioning items for new hires
Disposition candidates not selected
Support pre-hires and managers through the pre-onboarding, onboarding and post-onboarding process
Be A Grab Ambassador and Welcome and assimilate new employees and lead first day orientations
Answer questions from new hires and managers on new employee paperwork and provisioning
Ad Hoc role includes Internship hiring whenever applicable
As our ideal candidate, you have:
Degree/Diploma in any field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to manage ambiguity, cross country & matrix environment
Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
