As Junior People & Business Partner, you will be part of our People Operations Team. The team strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Grab has revolutionized transportation. Here is what we do:

Get to know the Role:

You have to love data in this role. But you are not expected to be cooped up in your little corner crunching numbers all day long. Your core areas of responsibility are people analytics & people development. You have to love working with people, organizing programs, and taking care of their needs. ​

The day-to-day activities:

  • Maintains the integrity of data in Workday and generates People-related reports

  • Processes complex timekeeping data for Payroll

  • Provides training support in regional and local workshops

  • Acts as cities coordinator of Grabbers outside Manila

  • Responsible for Finance transactions like Concur, government-mandated benefits (including posting of contributions), payment of vendors

The must haves:

  • College graduate, (preferably with a degree in Psychology, Business Administration or Communication)
  • Expert level in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Data Analytics, Administration
  • 2 to 3 years relevant HR experience
  • Interpersonal Sensitivity - Is sensitive to the needs and emotions of others. Practices perceptive listening, understands non-verbal cues and responds appropriately.
  • Critical Thinking - Critically analyses and evaluates information in a logical way when solving complex problems. Breaks down problems into smaller components and seeks to identify underlying causes.
  • Numerical Minded - Is comfortable with and capable of interpreting numerical information and using this to aid in problem solving. Has a preference for using numbers and hard data when solving problems.
  • Resilience - Remains calm, composed, and optimistic in stressful or high pressure situations. Perseveres in the face of obstacles or setbacks and carries on with the task at hand. Strong drive to finish tasks, will actively seek to overcome potential hurdles.
