I. SUMMARY:
Swire Coca-Cola Beverages Vietnam (SCCVN) is looking for a creative and energetic Intern to join our People team, with a strong focus on Employer Branding and Culture. In this role, you will help strengthen SCCVN’s reputation as an employer of choice, amplify our brand voice across both external and internal channels, and support key HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
You will contribute directly to executing communications campaigns, events, people programs that engage both external candidates and internal employees, co‑creating a vibrant, inclusive workplace culture.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(1) Contribute to our EB growth through social media channels (FB, LinkedIn, etc.) and Company’s Career Site - 35%
- Directly work on designs aligned with corporate brand guidelines while incorporating creative illustration in diverse media formats (Still image, GIF, Short-form Video, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Co-develop compelling copywriting and storytelling content that supports targeted EB objectives and talent attraction purposes.
- Participate in specific campaigns/initiatives to amplify brand presence, increase the audience engagement and drive follower growth. Promote SCCVN’s EB by driving traffic to and engagement with company’s career site through attractive content, timely updates, and strategic sharing across relevant channels.
- Leverage digital/innovative/AI tools to enhance operational excellence, maximize the content reach and quickly adapt with the social trends.
- Support to monitor channels operations, including post scheduling, message replies, and interaction management, and performance tracking.
(2) Assist in crafting impactful internal communications & enhancing our Core Values & EVP influence – 35%
- Craft and convey the company’s stories through compelling internal communications (emails, newsletters, campaigns, etc.) using diverse and creative formats.
- Strengthen the embodiment of our values across the entire employee lifecycle, supporting initiatives that enhance both our culture and employer brand.
- Support Culture and EB related initiatives that turn employees into authentic brand advocates and active co-creators of workplace content and experiences.
(3) Support the mass branding campaign for the Young Talent Programs (Such as Internship, Functional Trainee, and Management Trainee programs) - 20%
- Contribute to the development of program’s creative assets targeting youth communities.
- Coordinate with vendors to implement the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) plan, ensuring strong outreach across various touchpoints to attract young talents.
- Support organizing branding activations including career fairs, online/offline events, university partnerships, and more (as applicable).
(4) Others – 10%
- Manage creative assets, branding materials, sources of templates, photos/videos, etc.
- Assist in admin and logistics support such as event set-up, event coordination, material printing etc.
- Contribute to other HR Projects (if any)
- Other related tasks assigned
(1) Mandatory requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate with passion and strengths in design, branding & communications.
- Available for near full-time work (Mon–Fri, with up to 2 shifts off per week for school if needed).
*Working Location: 485 Xa lo Ha Noi, Linh Xuan, HCMC (company's shuttle bus provided)
(2) Functional requirements
- Production skills: Able to independently deliver high-quality visuals and multimedia production (using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop - advanced level, and video-editing tools - essential level)
- Digital & AI fluency: Comfortable experimenting with and applying new digital, AI-powered tools and social platforms
- Strong creative & aesthetic sense: Sharp visual judgment with a clear understanding of brand and audience.
- Social savvy: Constantly up to date with trends & social to keep our visibility highly appealing to Gen Z.
- High speed & ownership: Fast turnaround without compromising quality, proactively owning execution from idea to final delivery.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Growth mindset, adaptable, collaborative, and resilient.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
(3) Additional requirements:
