Job requirement

  • ​Oversee the development lifecycle of newly designed mechanical parts.
  • Perform design for manufacturability evaluations and coordinate closely with the R&D team to ensure design alignment.
  • Guarantee full compliance with quality system protocols.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance product quality, improve yield, reduce costs, and streamline production cycle times.
  • Evaluate the quality of components and regularly assess supplier performance metrics.
  • Partner with the R&D department to manage prototyping efforts, ensuring that product specifications are consistently met.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, assess technical viability, and contribute to the refinement of product designs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team leaders to implement strategies aimed at raising product quality standards.
  • Deliver technical assistance to the production team in response to operational inquiries and issues.
  • Manage both pilot and mass production phases to ensure conformity with design intent and quality benchmarks.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and lower manufacturing expenses.
  • Compile comprehensive technical documentation and provide periodic progress reports to the Production Engineering Manager.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated.
