Payment Operations Associate

The day-to-day activities:

• Deep dive and analyze reconciliation with partners

• Ensures accurate and timely payment to partners

• Maintain accurate accounts of payments to partners for financial audit and reporting

• Work closely with stakeholders & Payment Operation Manager to handle dispute and miss accuray payments

• Assist in improving company payment policies and procedures in a fast changing business environment

What the individual would be like:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in similar roles

• Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or related major

• Good problem solving skills

• Attention to detail and excellent with numbers

• Good to have auditing / process improvement background

• Good written & spoken English

• Must be well versed with Excel formulas and functions (e.g. data lookup function, IF conditional function, advanced pivot table)

• Experience with using Excel Macros / SAP systems an advantage
