Pattern Maker

Job Description

• Receive Internal Sizeset (ISS) patterns from the Pattern Development team.

• Check patterns and make ISS marker layouts.

• Measure garment specifications before and after wash of ISS.

• Receive shrinkage reports from fabric testing staff.

• Participate in PP (Pre-Production) meetings with the factory.

• Adjust production patterns and check sewing specifications.

• Send patterns to the Pattern Development team for fitting check and approval.

• Send patterns to the marker-making staff for consumption layouts.

• Prepare detailed pattern charts and production pre-wash specification sheets.

• Make hard patterns for reference.

• Communicate with the factory during production and update production results.

• Education: Vocational/College degree or higher

• Major: Garment/Textile (must know sewing)

• Experience: At least 2 years

• Language: English (for work application)

• Computer skills: Office software (Word, Excel, Corel), Gerber Pattern Design Software

• Abilities: Persuasion, creativity, ability to work independently and in a team

• Skills: Good communication

• Physical condition: Good

• Age: From 22 years old
