Experience:
We’re looking for a passionate Pastry & Frozen Dessert Specialist to help clients elevate their bakery, gelato, and chocolate operations. You’ll run hands-on equipment demos, support menu development, and lead educational engagement on Circle.
Deliver practical equipment training (ovens, gelato freezers, chocolate tempering machines).
Guide clients on recipes, portion control, and seasonal product development.
Produce high-value content for digital campaigns and community education.
Participate in events and workshops as Ly Gia Vien's dessert expert.
Assist in sales conversations with application-specific recommendations.
Proven 3+ years as a Pastry Chef in professional pastry kitchens or dessert production.
Experience with artisan gelato and chocolate techniques. Strong technical knowledge of bakery products
Ability to learn new products quickly and translate complex technical information into simple terms.
Proficiency in presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Canva platforms.
Flexible in terms of working location and working hours. Passion for F&B and a desire to educate others.
