The day-to-day activities:
- Monitor Fraud driver flagged daily and weekly basic by UT team (Fraud, Toll,Self booking, toll and fare abuse, DVDD automate message)
- Oversee Appeal reason, remark and high cancellation case
- Educate and communicate in daily and weekly basis to dax, comms action as batch/individual (SMS/LP)
- Monitor Payout (Promo Reimburse) flagged by CE team which inbound by Dax after trip
- Handling wing top up issue where dax in bound to CE and CE flagged in Wing Top up issue daily, be the PIC for cash top up
- Review report from regional on quality in line with Regional Quality Framework and take action base on the threshold
- Checking fraud for any eligible selection driver profile base on campaign (such as DRP, Incentive scheme, event,etc..)
- Solves Zendesk ticket daily and monitor flag trips
- Keep update and inform to relevant personnel on QC related update
- Design flow/ SOP on QC related tasks
The must haves:
- A Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of high end technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Be a flexible person
- Able to handle multi-tasking
- Be a great problem solver
