Partner Operations Associate

Get to know the role:

We are looking for a Senior Executive to join our team that supports the Supply-side of the GrabFood business in Singapore. Our scope is far-ranging and encompasses the entire journey of the GrabFood Delivery Partner from recruitment, to on-boarding and education, onto his/her ongoing engagement. All operational activities associated with Driver operations is also managed by our team and we take the lead on several GrabFood business initiatives.

Day-to-day Activities:

• Conceptualise, develop and launch initiatives aimed at strengthening the Driver supply arm of the GrabFood business.

• Monitor and report key metrics that are tied to general business and supply-side performance.

• Analyse business data and generate insights that the team can use to improve operations and drive significant growth in the business.

• Collaborate with teammates within Grab on company-wide projects that tie back to GrabFood business objectives.

• Support and execute ad-hoc initiatives on short notice and under intense pressure.

• Supervise a team of contract workers who perform ground-level activities essential to our team’s operations.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, strategy & planning or business consulting.

• Prior work experience in Tech company and/or F&B industry preferable.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Powerpoint)

• Willingness to get hands dirty

• Passion for food

• A sense of humour
