Partner Operations Associate

Scope of Work:
● Administrative Tasks
○ ePR requests
○ Logistical matters - Bags, T-shirts etc.
○ Replacement temp hires - onboarding, account setup etc.
● Driver Quality & Welfare
○ Quality
■ Monitor list of suspected errant drivers and escalate cases to Partner
Quality when necessary
■ Screen list of drivers who declared having a prison record in declarations
○ Safety & Welfare
■ Administer to DAX involved in accidents
■ Ensure DAX’s insurance claims are processed (if applicable)
● Temps supervision and work scheduling
○ Acquisition
■ Onboarding team (x6)
■ Telesales team (x4)
○ Operations
■ DAX PMT team (x7)
■ Zendesk T2 team (x3)
● Zendesk Lead
○ Liaison with CE team
○ Tier 2 tickets - Account issues
○ TIer 2 tickets - Incentive-related issues that cannot be handled by Partner
