Partner Operations Associate

Get to know the role:

Supporting Partner Operations Manager to execute acquisition strategy and initiatives to acquire more drivers and to identify improvement initiatives opportunities to help improve acquisition performance.

The day-to-day activities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end driver acquisition process

• Prepare, maintain and monitor driver acquisition process and guidelines and its implementation in cities

• Identify driver needs to close the gap between supply and demand

• Develop daily and weekly drivers acquisition performance report and insights

• Monitor drivers acquisition performance to identify issues and propose initiatives to solve bottlenecks

• Help Partner Operations Manager to implement drivers acquisition strategy and initiative developed with city

• Responsible for the implementation of acquisition strategy and initiatives to achieve optimum order allocation in different areas

The must haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field. 1-3 years of experience in operation or sales

• Good in written and spoken English

• Microsoft Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint).

• Passion for food delivery business

• Self-starter who can take high ownership on the job with minimum direction

• A highly driven person who also can lead a team

• Ability to define business process and propose improvement initiatives

• Excellent communication skills

• Strategic thinker but also can manage business operations
