The day-to-day activities:

As part of the team attending to daily walk-in enquiries and requests at the Grab Driver’s Centre -

  • Work with various stakeholders’ departments to manage enquiries and requests
  • Conduct checks and verification of driver’s information
  • Assist drivers with Grab Driver’s App familiarisation, resolve issues and enquiries pertaining to the App
  • Continuous improvement of operational processes
  • Other administrative duties including preparation of daily reports, data entry and filing
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Team Lead
  • May be deployed at any of Grab's branches island wide

The must haves:

  • Diploma/Degree or equivalent
  • At least 2-years of frontline customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong people skills with a customer-oriented service attitude
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • Ability to work independently or as a team, with minimal supervision
  • Candidates with a second language/dialect would be preferred
  • Candidates without experience but has exceptional customer service will also be considered
