The day-to-day activities:

As part of the team attending to daily walk-in enquiries and requests at the Grab Driver’s Centre -

Work with various stakeholders’ departments to manage enquiries and requests
Conduct checks and verification of driver’s information
Assist drivers with Grab Driver’s App familiarisation, resolve issues and enquiries pertaining to the App
Continuous improvement of operational processes
Other administrative duties including preparation of daily reports, data entry and filing
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Team Lead
May be deployed at any of Grab's branches island wide

The must haves:

Diploma/Degree or equivalent
At least 2-years of frontline customer service experience
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong people skills with a customer-oriented service attitude
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail oriented and meticulous
Ability to work independently or as a team, with minimal supervision
Candidates with a second language/dialect would be preferred
Candidates without experience but has exceptional customer service will also be considered
