Get to know the role:
Fully responsible for developing engagement strategy and programs to maintain the drivers relationship and loyalty. This role will work with cross-functions including city and transport team in developing engagement programs to maintain the drivers supply.
The day-to-day activities:
- Accountable to create engagement program plan and monitor the implementation from the plan.
- Work closely with Transport team.
- Accountable for drivers performance monitoring, quality assurance, loyalty and retention programs.
- Support Partner Operations Manager to develop programs and initiatives to increase drivers engagement level and service quality.
- Liaise with transport team for drivers communication content development (incentive, promo, events, etc).
- Monitor order allocation and acceptance rate.
The must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good in English communications skills both written and spoken.
- Minimum 1-2 years of primary experience in sales, partnership or business development.
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
- Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills who can interact with people at all levels.
- Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking.
- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
