Get to know the Role:
Fully responsible for developing engagement strategy and programs to maintain GrabFood drivers relationship and loyalty. This role will work with cross-functions including city and transport team in developing engagement programs to maintain GrabFood drivers supply
The day-to-day activities:
Accountable to create engagement program plan and monitor the implementation from the plan
Work closely with Transport team (PE and PA)
Accountable for drivers performance monitoring, quality assurance, loyalty and retention programs
Support Partner Supply Manager and city team to develop programs and initiatives to increase drivers engagement level and service quality
Liaise with transport and city team for drivers communication content development (incentive, promo, events, etc)
Monitor GrabFood order allocation and acceptance rate
The must haves:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
Good in written and spoken English
Minimum 1-2 years of primary experience in sales, partnership or business development
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills who can interact with people at all levels
Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
