Get to know the role:

Fully responsible for developing engagement strategies and programs to maintain GrabFood delivery-partner relationship and loyalty.
This role will work with cross-functions including city and transport teams in developing engagement programs to maintain GrabFood delivery-partner supply

The day-to-day activities:

Accountable for creating a delivery-partner engagement program and monitoring the implementation of the plan
Work closely with the Transport team
Accountable for delivery-partner performance monitoring, quality assurance, loyalty and retention programs
Support Partner Operations Manager to develop programs and initiatives to increase drivers engagement level and service quality
Develop and cascade delivery-partner communication content (incentive, promo, events, etc)
Monitor GrabFood order allocation and acceptance rate

The must haves:

Bachelor’s degree in any field
Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Minimum 1-2 years of primary experience in sales, partnership or business development
Microsoft Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
