Get to know the role:
Fully responsible for developing engagement strategy and programs to maintain GrabFood drivers relationship and loyalty. This role will work with cross-functions including city and transport team in developing engagement programs to maintain GrabFood drivers supply
The day-to-day activities:
- Accountable to create engagement program plan and monitor the implementation from the plan
- Work closely with Transport team
- Accountable for drivers performance monitoring, quality assurance, loyalty and retention programs
- Support Partner Operations Manager to develop programs and initiatives to increase drivers engagement level and service quality
- Liaise with transport team for drivers communication content development (incentive, promo, events, etc)
- Monitor GrabFood order allocation and acceptance rate
The must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Minimum 1-2 years of primary experience in sales, partnership or business development
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills who can interact with people at all levels
- Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking
- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
