The day-to-day activities:
- Approach taxi drivers to promote taxi-booking apps to them
- Handle inquiries/customer service registration
- Guide taxi drivers on the use of Grab's app
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required
The must haves:
- An ability to thrive in outdoor working environment/taxi hot spots
- Highly driven, goal-oriented and independent personality
- Enjoys talking to people
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
- A pleasant personality with can-do spirit;
- Understand and utilize Google suite to communicate, track and measure pertinent account information and projects
1 - 2 years of direct sales or/ and account management experience
Must be comfortable communicating to partner drivers over the phone
Possess strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and dialect
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
