Packaging Specialist

About the Role

As a Packaging Specialist, you will develop and implement packaging solutions that meet quality, cost, and sustainability goals. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to support product launches and cost optimization initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Develop Packaging for new products, product changes, and cost-saving projects.
• Manage Specifications & Documentation (SAP, drawings, color standards, barcodes).
• Conduct Trials & Validation on production lines and analyze results for improvements.
• Collaborate Across Teams (Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Work with Suppliers to get samples, discuss technical requirements, and ensure compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar.
• 3–5 years of experience in packaging, production, or R&D.
• Knowledge of packaging materials (paper, flexible, labels, etc.).
• Skilled in CAD, Adobe Illustrator, SAP.
• Hands-on experience with packaging trials.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills
• Fluent English communication.
