Organization Development Specialist (Performance Management)

Job requirement

Performance Management (85%)

  • Induct and conduct guideline for employees to ensure Performance Management Process (PMP) adherence;
  • Review criteria and advise employees to ensure KPIs follow the SMART format and OGSM;
  • Organize and participate in performance appraisal meeting;
  • Accumulate the performance appraisal reports comprehensively and timely;
  • Analyze the trend of employee/organizational performance, propose appropriate enhancement solutions, and collaborate in implementing and assessing the solutions;
  • Collaborate with HRBP on the implementation of PMP;
  • Participate in building the PMP Module of HRM System and provide suggestions for improvement in accordance with users’ demands;
  • Train and guide the end users of HRM System;
  • Adjust the PMP to ensure that the process is fit for the business strategy;

Other duties (15%)

Organizational Health Survey (OHS)

  • Conduct the survey and inform employees about the result;
  • Record the organizational health improvement plans;
  • Follow up the plans and measure the outcome;

Organize 360-degree assessment

  • Communicate with employees and instruct them in how to do the 360-degree assessment;
  • Collect and analyze data before providing reports;
  • Regarding the results, propose action plans to enhance the capacity of elite employees and ensure their KPIs encompass the capacity enhancement indicators;
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Job requirement

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree, major in Business Administration/Human Resource Management;
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources, 2 years of experience in performance management;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office;
  • Good at communication skills, critical-thinking, data analysis skills, and time management skills;
  • Able to work independently, carefully, with high compliance & discipline.
