The Job: Order Processing Executive
Coordinate with the warehouse team for imported shipment to the warehouse.
Do goods receive on the system.
Create orders then work with the warehouse to plan for picking/shipping out.
Check return and make replacement orders.
Follow the delivery order during transportation until the customer receipt.
Upload all stock transfer into the system.
Work with customers, transporters, and warehouses for any claims.
Plan on delivery schedule to minimize cost.
Periodic check inventory at the warehouse and on the system
1-2 year-experience in order processing, customer service or operations.
Fluent in English (reading and writing), speaking is a plus.
