Operations Sales Admin Associate

Get to know the Role:
As the “Sales Admin Associate” in Operations team, your job to ensure all activities related to
verify documents needed for merchant registration and KYB (know your business). And to
ensure all processes follow the targeted SLA & SOP.
The day-to-day activities:

• Analyze the data/documents needed and ensure sales admin staff have reviewed the
• correct detail of merchant.
• Ensure sales admin staff enter details of merchant on a computer system.
• Ensure sales admin staff follow up related sales person to resolve any queries or obtain any information that is missing (follow the SOP)
• Manage sales admin team and ensure they follow the SOP when doing their job.
• Manage sales admin team productivity, absenteeism & performance.
• Work cross functionally on managing backlog & rejection
• Escalate issues to management team as needed

The must haves:

• 3-6 years of experience as a hands-on contact center operations / walk in operations
• Good stakeholders management skills
• Good understanding on how to manage operation with bigger team
• Understand basic microsoft excel
