GrabExpress is an on-demand parcel delivery service that enables users to send items such as documents, parcels, and gifts to their business partners, family and friends.
The GrabExpress team in Singapore is new. As with any new business, we work in a fast-paced and sometimes unstructured environment to make things happen, and are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial and hands-on spirit to join us.
Scope:
- Develop and execute plans to grow GrabExpress in Singapore;
- Manage and execute on processes to ensure delivery service level agreements are met;
- Conceptualise new processes and/or services to reduce costs and enhance revenue;
- Responsible for the GrabExpress Customer journey;
- Responsible acquiring and retaining delivery partners for the vertical;
- Responsible for liaising with partners to ensure their logistics/delivery needs are met.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of experience in the logistics/delivery/freight space;
- Experience in setting up processes or/and businesses;
- Experience is working in cross functional teams;
- Data driven – ability to use and interpret data to make decisions;
- Keen eye for details;
- Able to thrive in an ambiguous environment;
- Entrepreneurial and a hustler;
- Able to work as an individual contributor as a start.
