Job requirement

Get to know the role:

  • You will oversee all operational functions to ensure smooth and optimised operation of the GrabFood business.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Work closely with the Merchant and Delivery teams to ensure operational efficiency of the GrabFood business

  • Lead the investigation and resolution of all operational issues arising from the day to day running of the GrabFood business

  • Responsible for managing weekly reimbursement claims and monitor the payment process (including liaising with Country Finance)

  • Maintain and improve policies and procedures for Merchant collections and revenue recognition

  • Analyse the business’ financial performance such as sales forecast and provision of bad debt

  • Ensure collection procedures are performed in accordance with the law and company policies & procedures

  • Responsible for streamlining the payment process and make necessary improvements with the team

  • Responsible for overseeing the assets and inventory held by the business

The must haves:

  • Bachelor (or above) degree in any field

  • At least 5 years' experience in Operations

  • Experience in dealing with and supporting senior level management

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to direct and supervise

  • Strong analytical and planning skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
