Mô tả công việc

Revenue & Profitability:

  • Executes properly the Merchandising Bulletin at all times.
  • Executes and sustain the Loyalty Card program correctly.
  • Drives store team to achieve revenue targets thru effective leadership and management of subordinates.
  • 100% compliance on Planogram and full shelf policy at the selling area.
  • Control wastage / breakages in the store following targets.
  • Control proper execution of the daily Markdown schedule.
  • Supports the Cashier in Suggestive Selling projects.
  • Expedite faster cashier transaction turnover.
  • Supports loss prevention thru close coordination with the relevant people;
  • Controls store expenses and keep it at a minimum based on targets (utilities & stationery).
  • Coordinates in the planning and execution stage for the smooth launching of new activities;
  • Support in the proper training to staff whenever we launch a new product or service for customers.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure to execute and make evident the Service culture in the store(s) at all times;
  • Ensure to control 100% implementation of the Freshness Mindset in the store(s) at all times;
  • Ensure to implement 100% the store’s standards on Food Safety and Hygiene at all times.
  • Implement consistently the store music / ambiance following specified period in the day.
  • Make the store(s) attractive to customers by implementing strictly the merchandising guidelines.

People Development:

  • Provides coaching, direction and support to co-workers concerning projects under his / her responsibility;
  • Support in-store training by coaching / motivating staff following the training methodology and schedule set by the Training department and QC;
  • Manages effectively staffs by follow-thru on the understanding of trainings delivered to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communicates monthly objectives (MOR) to superior based on monthly schedule.
  • Pro-actively works with the team and sets a good example.
  • Organizes team building activities and assure good liaison regarding employees relations.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Timely and accurate submission of reports.
  • Preparation of Monthly Objective Report (MOR) and Bi-Weekly Report.
  • Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the work culture and values of VTI;
  • Research on needed information when needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor in Business or equivalent in terms of experience and background
  • IT background is a necessity.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in retail or equivalent in terms of experience & background;
  • Minimum 3 year experience in supervisorial level;
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in managing multiple stores or outlets is an advantage.
  • Conversant in English (speaking, writing);
  • Good leadership skills and team building skills;
  • Good communication skills
  • Good training skills
  • Ability to manage multi-stores operation independently / less supervision
  • Ability to work effectively & efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple situation simultaneously
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Customer service skills
