To prepare budget / internal costing for manager’s approval.
To prepare implementation schedule.
To prepare material lists for Production Department and Purchaser.
To call for Operation meeting with all concerned parties together with Operations Supervisor before the commencement of project.
To brief clearly project details to workers / contractors and supervisors.
To monitor site management and control daily during progress of works, until site is satisfactorily handover.
To ensure Variation Orders are discussed and agreed by client before final billing (In any case, not more than 2 weeks after handling over).
To prepare Project Report within a week’s time after handling over and submit to Director for approval.

Good soft skills
Able to communicate in English or another foreign language.
Priority: Age 28-40, experineced in Exhibitions/Event/Marketing Agency industry.
Salary: 8,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND gross. Salary review once a year.
