Operations Excellence Officer, Grab for Business

The day-to-day activities:

- Manage and support execution of daily operational task/projects and ensure timely processes execution.

- Improve and simplify processes, and continually reduce operational costs

- Tracking of budget spends of GfB

- Data Mapping Specialist will exhibit a deep level of ownership and operate independently, flexibly, and proactively.

- Handling Customer Data in CRM

- Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot tables & pivot charts, and various other excel sheet components for accurate data

- Ensure the timely implementation by directing, guiding others, and applying various operational excellence tools to resolve problems including providing training where required ​

Job Requirement:

- Proficient in Ms. Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Good Communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Experienced with CRM and managing customer data
- High attention to details/data and accountability

- Having good analytical skills
- Willing to work as a team
- Ability to handle multi-task and prioritize work
- Have minimum 1 years of experience in handling CRM, project documentation, time management, and operations
