Job Description

Reports To: PMX Lead Vietnam
Department: APEX Exchange
Location: Vietnam

As the Operations/Campaign Manager, you will be required to support the PMX Lead to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of all operational functions within the Vietnam APEX team.

This will include liaising with Agency teams and Vendors alike to support the planning process, confirm and book campaigns, subsequent campaign reporting, reconciliation, and general administration of campaign delivery for all Vietnam APEX activity.

You will need to work closely with both our Agency teams, and our external partners, to oversee a seamless workflow across all aspects of campaign delivery, as well as developing a keen understanding of the strategic demands and requirements of our Clients.

We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the local media landscape, as well as the planning & buying process, but is eager to develop this further through exposure to multiple Agencies and Clients. Experience in all media channels is preferred (ie. TV, OOH, Digital etc.), but a solid grounding in Digital media is a must.

The ideal candidate will also be curious, hardworking, and have a good eye for detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop close working relationship with Agency teams to become a seamless extension of their planning and buying process.
  • Work closely with the PMX Lead to oversee the development and sharing of campaign proposals between APEX partners and Agency teams during the planning process.
  • Effectively communicate strategic rationale to support our APEX partners during the planning process.
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
  • Work closely with APEX partners to ensure accurate and timely campaign implementation and launch
  • Provide regular insights and reports to the Agency teams detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
  • Liaise with Finance teams to provide reconciled delivery and billings for all campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Meet regularly with APEX partners to understand their solutions and identify new opportunities amongst our Clients.
  • Provide regular tracking and updates to PMX Lead on the status of all campaigns, including pipeline.
  • Develop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional client service.
  • Attend Client meetings when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years in either Agency or Vendor roles, with at least 3 years in digital related roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Process driven
  • Be proficient in the use of Excel spreadsheets with the ability to write and understand basic formulae
  • Be proficient in the use of Powerpoint.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Be confident working with numbers and analyzing data
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently as well as operating as part of a team
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving abilities
