Mô tả công việc

The day-to-day activities:

  • Executes on daily operational tasks needed for smooth running of the business based on SOPs (including addressing customer enquiries, feedback escalation and basic responses)
  • Communicate with passengers via formal and informal channels to address complaints, communicate latest promotions / activities, and take feedback
  • Administer routes creation and various perks or loyalty rewards in the back-end system
  • Analyse and monitor relevant driver metrics (e.g. active rate, match rate) and implement initiatives to improve the health of the driver community as needed.
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for ops monitoring and assist in the preparation of monthly billings
  • Conduct weekly training when onboarding new drivers
  • Support business development activities (e.g. roadshows)

The must haves: / good to have (split)

  • Bachelor’s degree or in any field
  • Strong communication abilities (Proficient in English, and able to communicate in mandarin)
  • Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments
  • Proficient in basic spreadsheets and word processing

Good to haves:

  • Working experience preferred; 1-2 years relevant operational working experience
