The Grab Shuttle team is filled with idealistic realists who are looking to build and launch the Grab Shuttle business line in PH to solve commuter problems and provide an affordable and accessible public transport in PH.

Get to know the Role:

Assist the Growth & Business Operations Manager to:
- Assess transport routes and secure strategic partnerships with transport providers

- Analyse expansion opportunities and maintain harmonious relationship with existing partners

- Create growth & retention programs for both supply and passengers

The day-to-day activities:

Business Development & Partnership
- Represent Grab to connect with external parties and develop business connection.
- Articulate logical proposal papers to propose win-win business proposal for partners and own team.

Supply & Passenger Acquisition
- Monitors and understands Supply & Passenger Dynamics of the business

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to keep existing pax and acquire new ones.

- Evaluate the strengths and opportunities to seek new alternatives to improve the bottom-line if required.

Business Financials
- Track budget and business performance

- Build business analysis and recommendations

People

- Able to coordinate projects and contribute in teams within the company​

- Develop strong and long-lasting relationships within the company and with diverse external business stakeholders.

The must haves:

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferably an engineering or science background.

- 1-3 years’ experience in a business environment, preferably in a front-end customer facing role.

- Able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

Technical Skills

- With strong writing and communication skills.

- With strong excel and powerpoint skills.

Specific experience

- This is a “hands-on” role – need to be willing to roll up sleeves.

- Willingness to learn & ability to adapt is a big plus.

Overall experience

- Team player able to work with external supplier and own team.

- Effective communicator – verbal and written ​
