The New Product team is filled with idealistic realists who are looking to build and launch Grab’s new product business line in ID to solve various problems and provide an affordable and accessible solutions in ID. This is your opportunity to manage product lifecycle from conception to launch to millions of users.
Get to know the Role:
- On-board launch operators and set-up processes to integrate Bus into partner's work flow
- Conduct monitoring aspect of the operation and make resolutions
- Provide feedbacks and local insights to product development team
- Conduct team management
The day-to-day activities:
- Identify and ensure readiness of ops tool, manpower hiring, training of temps and drivers
- Finalize the spec and resources required for each partner's on-boarding
- Ensure collection of daily report from field agents on timely manner
- Design scheduling of resources
- Distribution of Statement of Account to partners
- Procurement of phone replacement
- Conduct 1:1 with sub-team leaders to help them grow professionally and get feedback
The must haves:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university, preferably from an Engineering or Economics background.
- 5-6 years’ experience in a transportation environment, preferably in a business ops role
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong excel and powerpoint skills
- Willingness to learn & ability to adapt is a big plus
- Team player able to work with external supplier and own team.
- Effective communicator – verbal and written
