Operation Manager (Plastics)

Oversee and manage all aspects of plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

Act as the company representative during customer visits and business development activities.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional departments to achieve daily production targets and ensure operational alignment.

Develop and implement action plans based on production forecasts and market trends (both upward and downward).

Establish, implement, and maintain effective management systems within the factory to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Provide guidance and support to departments in process improvements, including the adoption and integration of continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Report directly to Headquarters, with full responsibility for plant-wide performance, with a primary focus on production efficiency and operational effectiveness.
