Job requirement

1. For Operating Hotels:

  • Lead market research and analysis, define hotel models and determine business strategies for domestic hotel projects.
  • Support the setup and development of operational standards for hotels within the Group's system. Ensure quality standards are maintained during hotel operations.

2. For New Hotel Projects / Hotel Renovation Projects:

  • Collect and track implementation progress information of hotel projects (including new developments or complete renovations) and provide progress reports as required by direct management, the Board of General Directors, or the Chairman of the Board at each point in time
  • Carry out support/consulting tasks for hotel operations throughout all development stages of the project—from product development, design, and construction stages to pre-opening and operational phases.
  • Participate in feedback and coordination with relevant departments when approved under the cooperation mechanism.
  • Monitor overall progress of hotel project construction implementation. Coordinate with relevant units to resolve related issues and accelerate project progress both in general and for the department specifically, ensuring requirements and approvals from authorized levels are met.
  • Lead market research and analysis, define hotel models and determine business strategies for domestic hotel projects.
  • Develop concepts for guestroom design and layouts, functional areas, and service spaces of hotel projects.
  • Provide consulting on operational processes during the design and construction/setup phases of mock-up rooms.
  • Support hotel operations during the pre-opening phase: consult and assist in supervising the setup of operational equipment, organizing and advising on the structure of the operational workforce (including staffing, recruitment, job descriptions, recruitment timeline, etc.)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management and/or as required by higher authorities.

Job requirement

  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Major: Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields
  • Certification: Training courses in Hotel Management, Management Skills, etc.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Extensive knowledge of hotel management and operations
  • English: Proficient in all 4 skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • In-depth understanding of hotel operations and services
  • Problem-solving and customer service skills, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of 24-hour operations, including working under pressure and within budget constraints
