Operation Manager (Customer Services - Call Center Industry)

  • Manage call center operation day by day to fulfill clients' requirements and KPI for their satisfaction
  • Manage call center project(50~150 seats)
  • We provide various service in Call Center industry (Inbound, outbound, customer services)
  • Take all responsibility for operation, KPI management, communication with client and PL management
  • Set a plan for revenue Monitoring, control the costs of project.
  • Being a project manager for new project implementation and existing project expansion, and coordinating with other division/department
  • Representing the Company to clients, getting trust from them and keeping good relationship with them forfurther business opportunies
  • The experience of E-commerce operation is advantage

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated from University or equivalent required
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach and inspire staff
  • Minimum of 3 years experiences as call center operation manager
  • Experience of call center setup
  • KPI management, PL management
  • Have a good relationship with client
  • Have a good relationship and communication with subordinates
  • Grasp operation exactly, find the root cause if there is any problem, conduct the measures
  • Ability to coach and feedback to staffs
